Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: Well first of all i think that the admin muted me and gagged me for a day and that's it, it wasn't a permanent gag/mute. I'm not even sure which admin muted me/gagged me but it's kinda annoying since i can't type in the chat/talk on my mic anymore. I would like to know more about my gag/mute please.

No, it ain't permanent comm-block. You have been Silenced for 1 week, it means you can't communicate with other players in any way.
And about the "why" you were muted, this is the reason of the silence, applied for vc aswell since you said those kind of stuff aswell.
