A google search only shows up this. Seems after your last appeal you were still up to no good.

But it's been about 9 ish months / 1 year now. With some monitoring, you can have a second chance. Only the gag will be lifted for now. After about 2-3 months, with playtime included, the mute maybe lifted by @Djusan

You may be monitored and could receive a permanent communication block again without warning if you break communication rules again. If this happens you will not be able to appeal your communication block for 1 year.
