Why should you receive a unban for the guardban:

My appeal boils down to two points: My intentional MFK from last year, and the recent accidental freekills i did recently.

1) The guardban stemming from my mass freekill was meant to be instated last year, but was overlooked over my mute and gag and only implemented now. Based on the fact that its been a year since ive intentionally tried to freekill, my good behaviour, and the fact that both my mute and gag appeals have since been accepted, I hope that this can also be forgiven.

2) Regarding the recent accidental freekill i did, it was truly an honest mistake. I told the warden information i thought was true but was indeed incorrect, which resulted in the deaths of a few reds. However, I argue that this is a simple mistake and was not actively malicious, I had killbinded that round anyways, and that no one (including from the person who actually finished first) tried to say anything to object to my information. I hope that i can also be forgiven for this, and I apologise to dieu, fade, and all the other people I have implicated by giving the wrong information.

The warden (dieu) objected to it, but you double downed assuring the warden that fade did finish first. Reds are allowed to lie. Don't believe reds (gameplay wise) and only speak up if you are absolutely sure.

I got sent your play session today and I saw you playing on blue team and mentioned that you can 'stale' it for as long as you want. What however saves you is ryan coming in telling you to get off blue team, to which you do next round.

You seem like a good warden too. Just your past is going to weigh you down and you need to realise you cannot just run away from it hoping you can get away from it. Your actions are going to have consequences, whether you get caught or not.

Given you've played though on red team for a long time due to your mute, the MFK teamban is lifted. The freekill however isn't. It's not a good look for you to be straight on blue making mistakes. Also the 'i can stale this' while staying on blue team isn't how you should of reacted to being told you have a pending teamban.

I've added you to reduce your teamban to 120 minutes spent alive on red. We need to both be on the server. You can ask another admin to do it showing this appeal if you wish.
I'll leave this open till sorted or till 2 weeks. Not done in 2 weeks, no teamban change.
