Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I believe that i can learn from my mistakes, and hopefully help myself, and increase my behavior on Panda, and I hopefully can be a better person for the server, and the community. Knowing that communication is a crucial part od jailbreak, I’d like to be able to type again. Thanks.

I’m going to post what madact said to my last punishment appeal:

“Since you've missed your 1 month punishment and this is a valid permanent gag, suggesting a 3 months gag with the understanding that it is going to be treated as a second chance permanent gag punishment and appealing in the future will be an instant reject (if you break communication rules again).”


You never had a month punishment, not even a week.
Also, you posted this not even a week after having the punishment.
Additionally, while you did apologize to me sincerely and offer an explanation, it is no excuse for why you were toxic. You were punished before for insulting an admin after a mute, and you practically did that this time, which shows me that you have not changed since then. You also ammo glitched to “get back at me” which furthers my sentiment.

Not being able to type isn’t as bad as not being able to talk. You still have that form of communication and can still be on the blue team.

Because you were never punished for a month, and since my last punishment appeal with the same stacking problem was reduced to a 3 month punishment, I have no problem with reducing the gag to 3 months.

Pretty much stated above. This is treated as a permanent punishment. This is now your second chance. Once it expires, if you break the communication rules again you may receive a permanent communication block without warning. You will not be able to appeal for it again in the future if it happens again.
