I probably would warn for this, as his messages are spaced apart and the kid seems excited, doesn't seem on purpose.
Did you warn him not to overuse his characters? such as elongated !!!!!!!!! and -------- ?

I tried multiple times to communicate with him without a reaction, I also offered him to speak in our native language as I had the impression he doesnt speak/understand english that well but also didn't react to it.
