When you say you are going to report someone, be the better man and leave it at that. Seems you were provoking him quite a bit, that doesn't help. Especially the comment you made after telling him to talk over the mic. Aside from that I saw no insults in your chatlog so I'll leave it at that. Next time somebody is insulting like that, just ask them maturely to stop and if not, file a report.

To the point now, he had some pretty bad insults so I'll give him a silence of 4-5 days. Thank you for the report.
