Do people genuinely like last day warday?

It seems like people always spam force warden at the end of maps just to force this minigame. I admittedly would rather do a proper round than do warday but i’m curious as to what others think.

I do, its a fun send off to a map, and its only one round, so unlike hg chains, afterwards we can go back to playing the game.

To me its eh, 50/50. Typically it can suck, but unfortunately a lot of the rounds as of late aren't too fun. Sometimes just shooting things is fun, and considering most LRs now aren't anything special or they just end up doing rtd warday. It doesn't matter much. I think it doesn't hurt too much, but it can be lame if its done too often.

i do enjoy warday wether this is lastdday or LR requested or RTD warday.
as it very fun just to get to the core of tf2 "shooting"

I don't mind last day warday. But blues seem to go feral over it. Often times intentionally throwing the round to force a last day warday. (Which is guardbannable but that's besides the point.) Ultimately, I think it causes more rulebreaking with it being allowed than it is without.

the reason why i dont like last day warday is that having a near 100% for the last round to always be warday to just be boring
it just feels better when you have to work towards it being played as an lr, instead of the blues just wanting to do it cause its easier than doing a normal round

I don’t understand why it’s so popular with the current playerbase, I don’t know why people keep forcing to do it, why people literally drag out rounds so they can purposely do it.

I don’t like warday, it’s always a complete stomp and very rarely does it devolve to anything interesting above reds hiding.

But what do I know everyone else loves it

I like last day warday if the time does get under the 2:00.
It's a fun day where we all just get to blast everyone, as a final LR would not be possible anyways due to mapchange.

I dislike when persons do or spam last day warday when the timer doesn't even hit the 2:00 and I hate that persons purposefully cause failrounds just to get to last day warday.
It's not a must day, but I feel like persons think this day is a must.
