Why should you receive a unban for the teamban:
I honestly did not see nor hear Admin saying that the minigame was illegal. Admin only informed us that the LR was not allowed (Cell Wars while we had over 3 Guards) at the start of the following round, so the LR winner couldn't chose another LR. Admin tried to inform me both in voice chat and in Source Whispers but between the cacophony of around 10-12 people in VC simultaneously (thus needing me to turn on overtalk to even try to get the round started) and the Admin Whispers being the same green as the general [Panda] chat announcement (and therefore automatically getting ignored by my brain because... well yeah I don't look at the chat when I see that color because it's most likely yet another [Panda] thing...). I'd like to request for the removal of my teamban.

Reasoning for the decision to do Meatgrinder: simply put it was the closest thing to Cell Wars that I was aware of that would fit within the general vibes of the initially requested LR, which again was CWs. Considering that Meat Grinder is technically allowed as a LR I thought it would be the better decision at the time

Things of note: I do have some minor knowledge of how chaotic and brain heavy actively moderating a nearly full server of any game modes in TF2 can be. I will not be holding Kry accountable of bad behavior or mismanagement of my teamban. I'd have appreciated if a little more consideration regarding the general... well everything was taken into account. But overall, no hard feelings.

Looking back on the entire situation I definitely feel as if I could have done more to properly inform you and the LR recipient that cell-wars was indeed not legal and you wouldn't be able to do meatgrinder as a substitute, especially because the LR recipient did not agree to it. In the future I will take extra steps to ensure that situations like these could be avoided. As another note it is somewhat difficult to spot whether cellwars is legal as an lr or not and I can understand how it might be missed.

For my lack of professionalism during the situation I apologise.

After reading both parties' responses carefully and considering the circumstances I will be generous and remove this teamban from your stacking, as I do feel none of this was out of maliciousness and was both a result of an understandable misunderstanding of rules and people overtalking kry's attempts to warn you + his admittance that he could've informed you better.

Please remember that custom LR-only days and minigames can't be used as substitutes for other LRs, illegal or not; if the player wants a different LR, they need to ask for a remove and regive.
