Why should you receive a unban for the teamban:
I did have an incorrect understanding of cell wars leading to me saying "it's implied" which is incorrect, but I don't believe I should take full responsibility for the death of the freekilled red, and like cutepyro said in their report there was no malice in anybody's actions.
First I'll say that I was sick as you can hear in the clip in the report and it was very hard for me to speak. The only reason I was on a guard at the time was to help blue team succeed and improve the quality of the rounds. I almost never do cell wars as I don't find it fun so I'm not to familiar with the rules around it and I think I recalled the rule from the previous server I played on instead. I could have just said 1 per cell at this point, but I didn't do that. Afterwards instead of telling reds to afk and checking cells, I just tell the reds to go to the line as I had no intention of having reds being killed for being more than 1 per cell. That's because I wasn't sure on the ruling after people started telling me I was wrong. I didn't say much at the time because I wanted to continue with the round. and with my sore throat I just tried my best to give orders. I later do discuss the ruling with Gale in chat and I realize what the correct ruling is, but that's after I had already taken the reds to climb and felt like the round was in a safe enough place to talk about it.
Admittedly though I should have handled the situation better and with hindsight I see a lot of ways I could have. I should have at least reprimanded my blue or something if I knew what they did was wrong in that moment, and I feel like I would have if I wasn't sick at the time.


As far as this affects my admin application:
Had I been admin I could have respawned the freekilled red at the time. I've been accidently free killed by admins a few times and I've even seen them have slightly mistaken understanding of the rules before. So honestly I don't think this situation, which is akin to accidental freekill on my part, should have much of an affect on my application if appealed. Though I understand if it does.

So reviewing the evidence again I've decided to lift the punishment and revalidate your admin application. It's warning worthy at best. Mimi would have been more deserving of the teamban given they gave the order to kos the two medics and stated you said one per cell when you didn't you said implied. What saved you is not enforcing it after cell wars was over.

I will say though that you stating that it was implied is what pushed mimi to kos those two medics as a blue is meant to believe their warden. Hopefully you'll find time to read to rules given you are applying for admin. Yes, admin's can also make mistakes on the rules but it's better you are somewhat perfect or willing to listen to the regulars point out your mistake in the future. It's better to be safe then sorry unless you are absolutely sure.
