Reason about the Ban: Banned by console due dupliate account

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I have been banned by the console due I believe using VPN. I did not mean to impersonate anyone or break any rules deliberately I was only listening to a podcast that was restricted in my country as background noise and logged in to the server with got me banned instantly.
