Kiss command cool down (1 Viewer)

I think it'd be a good idea to extend the kiss command cool down to 30 seconds, just like the hug command. I'm getting tired of players abusing the command by binding and spamming it.

Once there were 4 players flooding the chatbox with their kiss binds, and since gagging doesn't help, I had to ban 'em. Yesterday, another player was spamming his kiss bind, and I asked him to stop. He argued that it's not spamming, if there's a 1 sec cool down that he's following. I think having a 1 sec cool down serves no purpose, if the time's that short.
