The way I see it, if people don't want to play on them then they can always just not be voted for or RTV'd, but might as well just have them in the rotation, right?

Of course there are some extraordinarily terrible maps that shouldn't even be considered completed in the first place but maps like Aztec or Servilive, for recent examples, better to just have them than not, right?
