Completed [JB] Update jb_alkatraz_rebuilt to v2b (1 Viewer)

Ok this time I’m certain I got the whole spectator bug. Turns out Berke’s plug-in was causing the triggers to trigger when a red spectator camera moved over them. I just de-attached the plug-in and it works. This update covers that, the rotating issue in climb, and I put up a barrier for Freight Frenzy Blu Side so scouts can’t do the funny projectile buttons. Solves a couple other misc. issues too but that’s it for now.
