So here is the thing, this is my fault.
I was cycling through admin spray and I may have accidentally clicked on josh's name which sprayed his spray. I removed it once it was sprayed.
There are users on our server who have nsfw sprays but do not spray them while they are on panda. Since josh didn't spray their spray, it was me, I am not going to punish for it.
You must have been aware spoice that an admin was on, particularly when I quickly removed said spray...just not fast enough it seems.
