• The evidence that they broke the rule or rules above: the order was to bombrush to the closest green line to cells, he killed 3 people who were standing on the extension of the closest line, but still technically on the closest line.

After a not-so thorough investigation I have discovered that he was indeed freekilling the reds on the line.
