Hello Koduturott, I think while it's fair to report this, but for me it isn't too questionable. This is not too different from the Richard spray in the same picture, as it's just a muscular figure. It may have neko clothing which is associated with suggestive themes but there's nothing really showing here other than muscular skin which is quite common in these servers already. I personally am going to decline this, but I understand why you reported it. If this had anything like a bulge this would be a different story.
