There are two problems with this report:
- There's no actual video, just the audio. Because of this, a lot of context is missing. I can't know if there was few enough BLUs to warrant cell wars or if that was even AR-15 who was speaking.
- Although the time given was kinda too short, he still did announce it would be cell wars, which is a surefire indication FF is gonna be turned on. This incident falls into a gray area as a result and a reminder to give a bit more time would be the more appropriate action here.
Those two factors combined, I am going to be declining this report.

Ignore the first reason. There was video but for some reason it doesn’t play it on my laptop (just the audio), but it works fine on my phone.
The second reason still stands though so my verdict won’t change.
