What is the reason of the report? targeted freehitting

Files you have as proof File attached. I do have another clip of being freehit but there it's not explicitly shown who did it so this is the only clip with definitive proof, but proof enough considering it shows him specifically targeting at me and shooting me. he has been doing it for several rounds now, resulting in my death twice too. I'm usually not too picky about those things but this has been going on for a while now and frankly I'm not too keen on being targeted for an extended period of time.

There is the question of 'was there a prior order you didn't follow', if that'd make you KOS.

The waiting just enough to not kill you but actively annoy you is what sells it for me though.
If you were KOS, two shots and you'd be gone. Rather we see one shot, duck away, then two more after the healing.
Coupled with the hiding, waiting for the medic to heal you before shooting more, etc etc, yeah confident in the freehit.
