you can install the maps and run them in practice. Look up tutorials for how to play maps offline.
You probably have most of the maps installed, but if you dont, you can find most of them on gamebanana and such.

You could also open console and do "map jb_" and autofill whatever specific map you want. You can play em offline that way if they're autodownloaded from the server.
