To be truthful, I'm not entirely sure if this person was cheating or not, but if you look at the video he seems to get headshots without even looking at the target, and someone else had already accused them of cheating, so I decided to spectate. It seemed suspicious enough for me not to make a judgement but to leave said judgement up to the admins. Thank y'all!

Edit: I thought it might not be clear, but the spy I'm spectating in the video is the same person as gothic. They changed their name immediately after I left the server as I joined back two minutes later to grab their Steam ID. If you see the bit where I press tab in game, it becomes apparent that they're the same person.

I don't see anything abnormal here. I also think the stutter in this video makes it too difficult to determine whether or not that is cheating.
