Good editing software (1 Viewer)

I want to make some neat animation artworks for my steamprofile. So what is good software for that? Would be lovely if it is free.

Not this one. I would suggest use adobe after effects. You get so much more stuff to work with. I've been making profiles for a long time now and Adobe after effects has always made my project easier.
