For Context: Since the mic doesn't pick up my voice I'll just explain. I hadn't said any orders yet when a rocket fired at the "Cell open" button. I didn't see r34 shoot the rocket but I used tab to see that they are the only soldier on blu. Also since space jail doesn't have any way to escape cells early, it's clear that r34 was the one who opened the cells.
