Not sure why you bothered.
It's clear there wasn't much thought to a reworked Chuck in any capacity from Tricky. It's just spamming it until someone bothers with this hale.

From my perspective:

1. He needs a completely new model.
2. He needs his abilities reworked
3. His aforementioned hitscan just sucks.

Since none of these have been mentioned or properly talked about in Discord(or from Tricky), big no from me.
