It has been quite some time ever since his removal. I would like for Hardware to get another chance to be put on the list as he was one of the first few mobility hales to be added, does that mean he was good? No, it played badly for majority of the people, but it has been a year or more ever since he got removed, mobility hales are now more welcome and instead of him getting nerfed or reworked, he got outright removed and given up on.
To put into short words about what this hale does;

He's a sticky jumper hale that uses no damage sticky launcher with projectiles that dissappear upon world contact in 1.22s
His weapon is a pain train, which deals 144 damage and works exactly like the market gardener
On his rage, he spawns a lot of minions that have insane crit and bullet resistance. As well as getting an uber, stunning everyone around him and an 8 clip loch-n load that minicrits on airshots.

these are some of the reasons why he got removed

Mobility Menace - Since he is a sticky jumping hale, naturally he is very strong when used by the right player making it hard to catch up to him.
I'd like to introduce a gimmick where he has 7 ammo to begin with in the start of the round, in which he gains more ammo upon kills, for a regular non MG kill i believe he should get a +2 ammo and for an MG +4 ammo. Upon rage, he should also get +8 ammo, making it so that instead of jumping around brainless and running away he would have to engage in combat to progress in the round (goombas, do not count).
What happens if he runs out of ammo? Nothing, just try and get a kill or get rage while you're a sitting duck on the ground.
Another thing i would like to say is that, Panda FF2 was a MUCH different place when it came to red team 1 year ago. It was significantly underdeveloped and did not have as many powerful weapons as it does now, and that includes weapons that give easy access to mobility.
DB Spies, Thermal thruster and mg pyros, sticky jumping demos, vacc medics, huo long heater heavies etc.
Red team has significantly better weapons to catch up to the boss and to actually do something.


UNO Reverse Card Rage - Hardware's biggest weakness of all was him getting locked into one place and getting crowded by everyone, everytime this happens, it would lead into a super high chance of loss. Except, his rage was a complete "fuck you" to these situations, his combined power of stun and uber as well as his grenade launcher made it a get out of jail free card and easy for him to escape leading into him being very forgiving for blu and being frustrating for reds.
My response to this would be removing his stun and uber, instead giving him a simple damage and minor knockback resistance buff as well as halfing his 8 clip into a 4 clip, making it less forgiving and actually putting some thought into aiming and positioning.

Overpowered Minions - His minions came in together with his rage with no melees and only a sticky jumper, how do they kill? They goomba on reds, that may sound weak on paper but in theory, it is much worse. They had unbelievably strong crit and bullet resistance, and they got more buffed overtime. Killing them was impossible, but this, is a simple fix.
I simply just suggest to removing all resistances and turning their HP down to 20.
Another thing, playing as the minions was pretty boring since you just have to goomba, id like for them to have market gardeners too, dealing 29 dmg on a regular non MG hit.
I'm not so sure of this but i remember them being able to heal from health packs, so i'd like that removed too.
Oh yeah, and turn his HP down to 14k on a max server.

That is all i wanted to say, i suggested these changes to not make it so frustrating for reds to fight against, and to lower the time of rounds as well as making playing Hardware require some thinking, i do hope you can give him another chance.
