Paying mind to the previous thread and mentioning that I had made more hales, which I have and this'll be the showcase for them in their entirety, these hales have probably never been on the server and even if they were then I don't think they lasted long enough to warrant any memory of them.
Let's get the ball rolling, here're some other hales that might interest you.

Pepsiman: The Running Hero
A japanese pepsi mascot that delivers pepsi to anyone who's in dire need of their thrist being quenched, pepsiman has been designed as an incredibly strong on the ground hale but slightly lackluster midair hale who's able to always close gaps on the ground.
here's a briefing on what he can do
  • Super jump as his main form of mobility
  • Weak damage output due to the kit he has
  • Can dash(charge) on the ground every 1.5s as the expense of sliding around afterwards
  • Can Grant himself a throwable Pepsican that drenches people in pepsi, making their movement slippery
  • Rage gives basic uber immunity, although he'll start throwing pepsicola cans that give him a speedboost and boosted damage effects upon pickup, kind of like easter bunny's ability that gives him all of those random buffs
Fun hale from experience, quite weird to use but I think he'll find a few cult followers since he plays quite uniquely.

The Amazing Spiderman.
Well it's spiderman, the spiderman with voicework from the spiderman movie games, a very nimble hale that doesn't have the highest damage but is quite scary in movement options.
so here's what he can do:
  • Web rope or rattleton's rope but tweaked incredibly to slightly stop the slingshot capabilities
  • Wall climb as his 2nd mobility choice that you can use by holding reload against any wall and using jump to jump off when possible
  • A webshooter that marks players for death on hit and makes them slightly slippery for a short duration, low rage cost and makes for a good mid range option
  • Rage gives faster firing speed and dodges all damage whilst active
very basic hale in terms of ability design but was quite fun to use from experience.

Sexually Challenged Spy
Probably the most traditional hale out of the entire hale suggestions, although his rage does take a different approach to the matter, set aside his name let's address what he does.
  • Super jump as mobility
  • Slightly larger than normal melee range
  • Rage can only be performed on the ground and causes him to dance in place whilst making anyone who was close to him look right at him, once done he'll get incredibly strong buffs afterwrads for a long duration so you better run once he does finish.
Traditional ability work, weird rage but does seem nice to play from testing.

The Fuhrer from Deathrun Berlin, Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Wolfenstein 3D.
So hit- I mean The Fuhrer is a hale that has a strong kit of abilities that give him a ton of different gameplay opportunities, area denial, minions and a good chunk of weapons at his disposal, let's get right into the meat of him.
  • Pin point teleport as his main form of mobility
  • Rage gives him a random weapon on rage, these weapons are quite versatile and strong, only lasting 15 seconds before they disappear; You can acquire a homing rocket launcher, a rapid fire syringe gun, a long range flamethrower or a chaingun.
  • Reload once activatable will summon a nuke at his location, best advised to get out of there because this will instantly kill most things unless prevention methods like ubercharge is used.
  • Special summons german soldiers to his need that have syringe guns, 2 of which are stronger than the rest
Personal opinion, fun, very fun hale to use and has got quite good music also.

Cirno The ice fairy
I could only find this model, at least it allowed me to make something unique; Cirno is probably the most versatile hale I'm about to suggest and has just about everything for every situation, packs a punch but has no safety options whatsoever, no ubers, no stuns, no resistances, nothing except for her last ability but I'll get to that on the ability listings.
So what does she do?
  • Super jump as main form of mobility
  • Can glide midair by pressing jump
  • Has a rage cycler that you can cycle with reload and special, using rage to activate the rage you want; all rages are delayed before truly activating.
Machine gunRapidly fires 20 random spread icicles that scale in damage the longer they travel
Fairy spinSpins at her position 3 times dealing moderately low damage but very quickly
Minus K5 slow sets of 10 slow traveling ice diamond rockets in a ring formation; each set is quite delayed between each cast
Freeze atmosphereShoots bison projectiles that penetrate enemies; Unable to accurately make something that's similar so this is the best I could come up with
Ice TornadoScoops players up where a ice totem is placed that deals low damage but completely locks their movement as they're spun around; lasts for 3 seconds
Insta-Freeze BeamShoots a singular beam (it's technically meant to be 3 but there's nothing to make something like this exist) that requires quite a bit of aiming to hit right, very short duration
Perfect FreezeRapidly fires bullets that will knock people back for 2.0s, after which cirno freezes everyone in a massive aoe for a short duration whilst damaging them. 1 time use
Great CrusherMakes cirno's next damage interval to deal aoe damage around her and stuns for a short duration afterwards. 1 time use
FumoificationHas an incredibly long windup due to the nature of the ability, cirno "fumoifies enemy players" whatever that means and gives herself incredibly strong buffs which is just about everything whilst making the hale model bigger.
This lasts for 30s and any red that survives this ability will be granted permanent crits and maybe a bonus if they're lucky.
1 time use ability that has a long initial cooldown to prevent usage at the start of the round because of how destructive it is.

That's cirno, from experience playing her, probably the silliest thing I've made but incredibly fun, she's weak but packs a punch and she's quite short, the picture below showcaes how short she is in comparison to say a scout.

Not perfectly done but this should get the point across, koishi's also a lot shorter than usual; Cirno from testing was really fun to use and probably might be the most fun to fight against because of how many different things she can do.

Well that's just about it for hale suggestions, these hales were tedious to make initially but by just sitting down and just chipping away with each of them I've been able to make them, not 100% but to the point where they just work.
Also to kruphixx again, the plugins posted from the previous thread should be good enough this time around since it included just about everything needed for everything posted here, when the time comes and I somehow managed to screw up by not including the necessary plugins then that speaks more of me than anything.
