Pending [DR] Add a BLU bot to the blue team when there is 0/1 players (1 Viewer)

In panda DR when 0 players, Deathrun dosen't start until 2 players are in the server. Incase if people want to practice solo on this server and wait for others to join. I think they should add a BLU bot when 1 player is in the server, and then when there is 2 players the bot disconnects.

Most other servers have a Blue bot for Deathrun when there is 1 player in the server like Skial,Retro,Blackwonder,etc so i don't see why we shouldn't add one to Panda.
