Edit: Person in question got punished but the duration of the punishment is kind of insufficient seeing that he already got a punishment before.

I can't really change anything at this moment since it's expired. I'll tag @Adoruby here, saying you should of doubled up on the punishment at least for regular stacking.
I'll leave this one open. If he's at it again with it, can you warn him and give a screenshot for me? I'll close this within the week if he's not back.
