Reason about the Ban: "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account."

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: Never been banned, gagged, muted or teambanned from any Panda servers, I do not have any Steam alt accounts, and there is probably proof that I have played on Panda servers before. The ban activated as soon as I joined a jump server, and the reason why Console thought I was on a duplicate account was probably because I had a VPN on, with that knowledge, I wont join any Panda servers with a VPN. The reason why I think Console thought that I tried joining on a "duplicate account" was probably because the VPN service I use (Proton VPN) assigned me a ipv4, ipv6 and a IP address location corresponding to the VPN server I was connected to. And It's possible that a previous Steam user had connected to that same VPN server before, borrowed the ipv4, ipv6 and IP address, joined on one of your Panda servers, got banned, which resulted in that anyone who has tried to join a Panda server with the VPN connection to that specific VPN server, gets banned because Console thinks its the same person who got banned previously with a duplicate account. So I would like an unban for my mistake (or this mistake), and maybe a public announcement warning any VPN users, if you have not already done that.
