Bug where sometimes you cant be a warden even thou its your first time (1 Viewer)

Hi, i noticed this bug yesterday but i thought it was just because i played on server and i was warden already. But today when someone tryes to be a warden it says that you reached the limit. I mean after the warden retairs and no one can be warden, its really annoying cause its automatic freeday.
This is happening on your server only cause i tried and it works on different servers
