(Please note this concept is done mainly for fun and out of boredom, as I cannot 3D model nor can I code, feedback on abilities would be cool though)
Eggman, thats what he is. Eggman, he has the master plan to take down the mercs!
Main Weapon: Either the wrench or the fists (180-195 damage on hit)
Secondary Weapon (Unlocked at around 2k damage taken): The Short Circuit that only can fire the electric balls (5 per use) that deal 50-70 damage.
Ability: Energy Shield: Creates a shield around himself that reduces damage received by 30% and makes all melee takes deal equal damage to the attacker (EX: 65 Damage melee would deal 65 damage to attacker and Eggman)
Of course he would have a super jump and a weighdown (maybe damaging cause hes so fat lol)
Rage: Stuns all nearby mercs for 4-6 seconds a gives Eggman a rapidly firing shotgun that deals about 90 per shot close range and has about 10-15 shots
Voice Lines:
Rage: "ALL SYSTEMS, FULL POWER!!!" (Sonic Adventure)
Killing Scout: "Slowest Thing Alive..." (Outcome Memories)
Backstabbed/Market Gardened: "No Way, I can't believe this!" (Sonic Adventure)
Defeated: "No, Wait!!!" (Shadow The Hedgehog(?))
Victorious: "You'll never defeat me! BWAHAHA!" (Outcome Memories)
