Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I don't even have an alt-account, I just wanted to play some MGE and couldn't join cause I got banned without warning
Why is playing with a duplicate account bad to begin with?

VPN caused you to be banned cause it used a random ip thats probably already banned by panda so it detected yours like a ''dupe"
Il remove the ban just remember to turn off VPN when playing on our servers
