Hi, I tried to connect to a panda tf2 server last night and got instantly banned upon connecting with the reason "Duplicate Account" (https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=206890068&advType=steam).
I have a second steam account, but to my knowledge I have never played on any panda servers with it, if I have it was many many months ago. I do use a VPN service, so that's the only explanation I can think of. I scrolled through the Panda rules and I didn't see anything whatsoever about duplicate accounts, so that's what's really puzzling to me. At any rate, it definitely seems like I've been accidentally or unfairly banned, hence this appeal.
