I have a problem, I was banned again for the same thing. I don't use vpn so I don't know why this is happening. I was supposed to let you know when the same thing happened again.

Seems the same as before, but linked to a different account. Seems your ISP uses previous IPs used by others and your IP constantly changes. So this is going to happen often then lmao.
Sorry about this, but not much I can do than just to unban you everytime. Also try not to hop onto your alt every time this happens.
