I used a vpn to connect to the server because i live in iran and my country is going through a wave of protests so they cut off the internet

Sadly VPNs are often abused by cheaters and people who enjoy repeatedly breaking our rules and thus the IPs end up banned. It is understandable that you are forced to use a VPN in your situation so recommending you to not use it is pointless. You will most likely get automatically banned for "duplicate account" again in the future while you are connecting using a VPN. If that happens you'll have to appeal again. Hopefully it won't happen all that often.

I have unbanned your account however the IP will have to stay banned. I hope you understand.
