Banned for duplicate account? (1 Viewer)

havent had my steam account in 4-6 months because i broke my phone so i lost the authenticator app and when i finally get back and wanna mge on the panda community server it says i've been banned, i go to the bans list or whatever and it says its because of a duplicate account which doesnt make sense
