It's unfortunate to hear about your steam situation, however if you do end up playing on the server while connected to a VPN there's a high likelyhood that you maybe banned again by console. I don't know what to tell you in the regards, however in terms of the appeal I'll accept it as your story fits in. ACCEPTED.
