Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
Looking at what SourceSleuth is it looks like I was automatically banned because I've connected from a flagged ip. I'm using a VPN (Mullvad if it helps), so it seems like what happened is that someone cheated while connected with the same ip. I've been playing somewhat regularly on your EU Hightower servers for like two years or more now, so there should be people who know who I am (and that I don't cheat).
