If i'm online i can go anyways at almost any time.

Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?: I play usually in Mario Kart #17 and Trade Plaza #25, but in that case i'd like to apply for Mario Kart. Yes, I wouldn't have any problem in visiting other servers for solving problems.

Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I have a microphone.

Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator?: I've never been nor admin nor moderator yet.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?: I've used it sometimes randomly, but not much.

Why should we choose you to be part of our team?: Because I consider myself as a sympathetic person, very close to the players, but serious when the situation requires to be. I believe in second chances, but if they don't obey, they'll be punsihed.

Explain briefly how would you do your job:

- Spawncamping: Tell him not to spawncamp once or twice. If he keeps spawncamping, kicking him. If he comes and keeps spawncamping, banning him for 30 minutes.

- Micspamming: Telling him not to micspam. If he keeps micspamming, muting him for 1 hour.

- Pornspraying: Deleting his spray.

- Chat spam: Tell him not to spam once or twice (slaying him). If not, gagging him for 30 minutes. .

- Unrespecting someone: Telling him to apologize. If not, depending of the insults, gagging him for 5, 10 or 30 minutes.

- Speaking other languages in chat: Telling him once and twice (slaying him) to speak english. If not, muting him 1 hour.

- Sponsoring other servers, communitys...: Telling him to stop. If not kicking him.

- Hackers: Instaban!

You're an awesome person, you know the rules, try to enforce them as good as possible and it's always a pleasure to play with you. You act mature and I've never seen you really mad at someone. This is your 4th application wich means that you're really dedicated to helping out. You also have a huge playtime, wich is always good to have.
But there's not only good stuff, you were a little inactive recently and I've heard some complains about you breaking the rules when there's no admin online.
When I talked with you about that you ensured me that you'll be more active now since your final exams are over, wich is, of course, an understandable reason to not be that active. About the rulebreaking, I've never seen you break the rules even before I was an admin, also your chatlog is clean now (wich was the reason you got declined last time).

I personally see nothing that could possibly go wrong with you as an admin so here is your +1.

✗ Everytime you take one victim to your tryharding time, even that guy is friendly
✗ Sometimes, you are taking rules too seriously
✗ Grammar Nazi, feels like he gets sexual pleasure to correcting other's grammars
✗ Kills players on the spawn area , that is kinda spawncamping, no wonder why I got plenty reports about you spawncamping.
✗ When he gets mad, he becomes to such tryharder and this happens pretty often. Also he uses a lot "noob" word while being mad.

For me, you will be great admin. Remember, if you get accepted , I will be really "bitch" to you. My little Mario Kart admins need to admin jobs perfectly. Take this lovely +1

Well, first wanna say that it isn't a hassle for me. I do appreciate all the comments and I can answer them without any problem.
For the first question, I think that I could be a good role model for the players because since my last apply i've changed a lot, because my last apply became declined due to unrespecting players. Some admins gave me like a second chance and told me to respect and that I could apply months later.
For the second question, as Zeprus said, it's my 4th apply. I have to say that in the first and second apply were declined because other appliers were better than me, but weren't declined because of offensive comments or else (First one Skiffa like on July 2014 and second one xKillermen like on November 2014). BUT, I do have to say that the 3rd apply (at the very beginnings of 2015) became declined because of unrespecting players, which was found by Ron (https://www.panda-community.com/threads/admin-apply.3562/). I have to say that thanks to this I started being a respectful player, considerating that following that way, wouldn't finish quite well for myself, so I think that I've improved since that day. I have improved the respect towards players. I think that's all I wanted to say. If you have more questions, please ask me, I don't have any problem about answering ^^. One of mario kart player said to me, that you are spawncamping a lot, I didint want to believe that so I decided to talk with MK players.

Seems you are spawncamping a lot, when there is no friends on mario kart with you. No wonder why we never saw you breaking any rules, when admin are on Mario Kart, you are like angel.

Also, you are only caring about gameME points and you do anything to gain more points.

So I change my vote to -1. I saw you breaking rules, when you applied your last admin application and thought that you were changed but no. Stop breaking rules. I know you will be good admin, but this is too risky for me to give admin position to you, if you are still breaking rules.

I've been talking with her and she sais that the report was from 2 months ago, honestly. I have to recognize that i did it once as engi but as the reporter sais, it was 2 months ago.
