Hey.. my son love to play on your servers, but is again been banned for being AFK, he have autisme and are a little mentaly retarted ( might be spelled wrong) and dont understand that he have to log out when he is getting something to eat drink or other stuff and are really sad that he is banned again, is there anything we can do to stop it for happen all the time, really hard to explain to him why it keep happening, he is 15 teen, but only like 7-8 years in his head..

really hope you can help me out..

I totally understand your situation but sadly I can't make exceptions. Rules of our servers apply to everyone.

I unfortunately can't do much about your situation either... Assuming you're actually his parent, you have to tell your son to either leave the server or switch to spectator mode when he's going away from his PC for a longer time. Next time he gets banned, he won't be able to play for 1 month.

Going to decline this unfortunately.
