How did you not even see this? There is a guide on how to apply for admin, and you didn't even bother reading it.

Applications are closed right now, only for Jailbreak do we take applications. But you wouldn't know that since you didn't even bother doing any kind of research before applying.

There's hardly any effort into the application: no information on you; not stating which server(s) you play on; no detailed description why you should be admin. I highly doubt that you even want to be admin at all.
