Online Times: Weekends from 12:00 to 22:00 (UCT + 0), but i'm online everyday in the mobile phone.
Do you have a Microphone? Yes, i have.
Previous experience in Admin / Mod? i'm not admin, but i help admins as much as i can whenever they need help.
What Panda Community servers do you usually play on? Mostly in the mk one, but nowadays i'm in dodgeball and deathrun, and i think i'll go to badwater too, because i like it.
Do you have experience with SourceMod and how it works? I've been the whole summer studying the commands, and i memorized all of them, just i need to practice them.
Why should we choose you? Because i want to help the players of the servers as much as i can of hackers and else, and because i'm online everyday in the cell phone, so i could go to the server as soon as i can.
What will you do as admin?
- Micspam: Tell them not to use the microphone. If not, mute him for 30 minutes.
- Other languages in voice chat: Tell them to talk in english. If not, mute him.
- Hackingirectly ban.
- Spawncamping: Tell them two times not to spawncamp. If not, ban him for 30 minutes. If he comes again and keeps spawncamping, one advice and then banned for 1 day.
- Pornsprayingelete the spray OR tell them to change the spray.
- Unrespecting someone: Tell him to apologize. If he doesn't apologize, or keeps insulting, ban for 10 minutes if it's not so violent and 1h if it is.

How long will you mute people for micspam or talking in another language?

Hacking is permanent ban. Dont know if you ment that.

For disrespecting someone (minor insults): telling him to apologize and stop insulting is good, but gag or mute this person for like 1 hour or more (depends on how bad his insults are) is better. On the worst cases you can ban for a couple days or a week.

You also created a second application after a couple days (probably since nobody responds to this), by doing so you look a bit impatient to me wich isnt a good thing.

I know that hacking is a directly ban, but i don't know why, i wanted to show all the consequences of the whole rules.
And i made another apply because i've seen that it was like abandoned, because there were no comments and else. Also i was a lil' bit bored today at morning :3
