(If relevant) Who gave you permission to apply?: I have see the server's ingame and it's write if you wanna join the team ( Admin ) then jump in and apply so i did and my girlfriend also playing on your server's so i think yeah ok why not give it a try so i did

Previous experience as Admin or Moderator: Negative but i want to give it a try. I have only try it in FiveM and website on danish when customer come and buy etc. ( Danish - English writing )
(Mostly in games, other experience is valid if sufficiently relevant)
What would you say makes you a suitable candidate? yes, but I can be online a lot, but of course not when I'm at work, but otherwise I can be online quite a lot, but I also have to spend time with my family and friends since I don't live at home. but otherwise I game quite a bit and would like to be part of the team and help, I'm 27 years old so yes I'm a bit old xD .
I work at a horticulture and drive a forklift out there as I am what you call a machine operator, which means that I am the one who drives the machines on the site, but few others can either, we only have 1 forklift and a mini digger so yes there is something to look out for even though we only have it. and yes, I agree with everything you write about punishment.
(Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.)
