Previous experience in Admin/Mod: I have no experience through adminship but I have some experience in MineCraft being a Moderator for a ex friend of mine I am always happy to learn new things.

What Panda Community servers do you usually play on?: I mostly play on Jailbreak, I play on Deathtrun but not that much, I also play the following, 2 Fort; Freak Fortress; Slender and I am applying for the Jailbreak server

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?: No, I have no experience with SourceMod but I do not think it will be that difficult to learn.

Why should we choose you?: I feel I should be chosen because I am a friendly person I like to talk to everyone and when I am on a server and I know there is no admin there and I catch someone breaking rules I will record a Demo and put it in a report against the person in the Forum for an admin for that server to look over and do what they feel is necessary.

What will you do as Admin?:
1. Hacking - PERMABAN with a Demo recording to back up the proof
2. Racism/sexism - Two warning then kick if the person comes back and continues ban for an hour
3. Insulting - Two warnings then kick if the person comes back and continues then ban for an hour
4. Delaying - Two warnings then a kick if continues ban for 10 minutes
5. Ghosting - Two warnings then a kick if person comes back and continues then ban for 30 minutes (If someone ghosts a person delay this is an exception)
6. Map Exploiting - Two warnings then kick if the person comes back and continues ban for an hour
7. Mic spam - Two warnings if continued the person will be muted for an hour
8. Chat spam - Two warnings if continued the person will then get a gag for an hour
9. Away From Keyboard - Slay first then kick them if still afk to open a slot for an active player
10. B Hopping - to skip traps is a warning then kick then afterward ban for an hour or 30 minutes
11. Admin Disrespect - warn the player once if they continue with the disrespect ban for an hour
12. General disrespect - Making fun of diseases or types of horrible events in history is not acceptable such as a person making fun of 9/11 or cancer or Aids in this case I would kick with 1 warning then ban for an hour.
13. Trade Chat - If player wants to trade something without using the trade chat I will direct them to use trade chat with /t example, if they continue then I will gag them for 30 minutes
14. Inappropriate spray - If player has a pornographic spray I will warn them to remove and not use it, if they continue I will slay them for a round if continued again I will kick them first telling to change it if not then ban them for 30 minutes
15. Foreign Language - Not speaking in English in voice or chat will be two warnings then if the player continues then a gag/mute for an hour.
16. Spawn Camping - Three warnings first then a slay if they continue ban to RED (if Jailbreak) or ban from server for 20 minutes
17. General disruptive behavior - Making the game mode hard to play or less fun for other players is two warnings then an hour ban

Michael I regret doing this, I know you have an extensive knowledge of the game mode, But from playing with you, and seeing how you would work I feel you are not ready for adminship, Yes I understand there are a lot of issues you wish to deal with, but often you seem to make them out to be so much bigger than they are.

From personal experience you are an avid player, and I respect you, but from my time knowing you it seems you are in it just for adminship This person wishes to remain Nameless but when asked why you wanted admin you responded "Because everyone thinks I am an admin" Moving onto the way I have heard you talking to some players, You do tend to tell people to shut up a lot, though not the worst thing to do it is still disrespectful.

Onto me, I log into steam and not even a minute has passed and I recieve about 30 messages from you begging me to come onto the Server, causing quite an annoyance, you come a cross very needy and overall I do not think you are ready, or will ever be ready for admin, considering your record of declines in the past.

I think you should take some time off when it comes to thinking about admin and just focus on playing.
