I am an old timer JB player and did Division management (highest up admin for a game's every server) for Xeno Gamers in 2015-2017, wrote rules for jailbreak which can be found here https://xenogamers.com/information/rules/team-fortress-2/jailbreak-rules-r16/ (credits at the bottom) and have hopped server to server every now and again, only reason I'm applying is whenever I join there are never any admins/mods and a ton of mass freekillers/rule breakers
