Way too many evading heavy hitting noobs on duel panda...
Night elf... That is all. They go around hitting with insane uncounterable (without 100% crits) damage. You have to be heavy to take on one person because they evade too dang much. Or in a group of others... Likely at least 1-2 of you will die.Just because you can't hit them. It's even worse... -

Flaming arrows/projectiles similar to them.
Why? They're already annoying. People shoot them and instantly hide in spawn again. Combined with anyone shooting at you, you can't even quickscope them, as you're jogged and killed by their spam or other people taking advantage of you not aiming at them. It's the most annoying plugin ever...
