Well the way I see it, BLUs can't camp armoury and it's easy to say a BLU is camping in armoury, but the next best thing for them would be camping the entrances to it. Could you explain to me what you mean by, "I don't receive any points in DR"? In DR from BLU side you shouldn't be killing reds directly and reds shouldn't be getting points in that game. When it comes to not getting points on BLU I have no clue, but my guess would be that it has something to do...

You could check the reports section of the forums.

I disagree, the idea of the reds getting unmuted later is so warden can give orders. Normally, assuming it's a warden who has some experience on the server and they give a repeat, it can take till around 9:45. The fact that reds overtalk will be used as an excuse for not following said orders.

I mean the way I'd look at it, if they're waiting down there, they're delaying the round. So I'd think at that point you mayswell vandalize and kill them seeing as they're simply delaying the round and should be slayed anyhow. Plus, I feel the vandalizing rule is mainly so Blu doesn't do stuff...

I'd include more punishment info, for things such as baiting, ghosting, etc. Also, maybe add times to your punishments?
