Well, I recall he was doing some fixes regarding the money system a couple of months back, but I havn't heard much On a side note, I was told it is possible to use stripper to remove the money system from a certain backslash, but it's like trying to put a Band-Aid on a gaping wound.

10 - 15 minute cool down?? You're forcing the playerbase to play potentially up to two rounds until they RTV off of a map? Oh the humanity! I don't see much of the issue. But truthfully, its also, if the playerbase voted for a map, they should also be able vote to RTV whenever they like.
