Pretty sure this is a problem with the ammo stripping plugin, Although I can see an argument for them being disabled on red, since you can pick up a small ammo pack and get infinite ammo, which can be problematic on certain maps. But idk, I wouldn't really mind either way.

Looking at the clip, the spy disobey orders to try backstab you, and you telefragged him unintentionally, however it was not a freekill by any means as they had to actively try to rebel to even get telefragged in the first place. A blue is also not required to slay if they accidentally freekill...
