thats quite a thin budget to replace cpu and mb and gpu

I know, but I don't need the best, I just wanna get rid of my i3 processor and stuff...

A good intel i5 4 core processor for $159.99, MSI motherboard for $105 Uhm what kind of graphics card are you looking for?

Well, something decent for gaming, right now I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 430 which works kinda fine, but I'd still like something better.

But again, I prefer putting my money on the processor and motherboard since it really is what needs to be changed right now.

Here i found a good and cheap graphic card:

Well its not that long to wait on amazon...

i'd rather save up money, 400$ is not very much, better stick with the i3 for the time being and then buy an i5

and a GTX 970, anything else doesnt make sense

well yeah motherboard doesn't really matter ram and graphics card matter

btw Canadian dollars are less worth then dollar

The thing is I wanna stream more often but I can't even stream 720p 30fps correctly, my CPU keeps hitting 100% and it's just cancer. osu! doesn't require a really good graphic card, and so that's why it doesn't really matter. Unless I misread something somewhere and you really, REALLY need a good graphic card to stream.
