What is the baby rule? I cant find it in the rules

when a website/forum disallows cursing it's usually because "oh lord think of the children!" so i call it the baby rule. it got the mocking tone because most of these websites /forums are for games kids shouldn't even be playing in the first place so there shouldn't be a reason where kids factor into their thought process in the first place, and yet they almost always do.
